Sa’ada New Cairo is the company’s main residential project in Egypt. It sits directly on the New Suez Road, close to Al Rehab, Madinaty and Cairo Airport, and its master plan covers about 370 feddans.

The residential part includes:

• Townhouses.

The homes are arranged around gardens and water features, with an international school, sports and social facilities and a hotel component. The project’s commercial sector also runs along a long frontage on the Suez Road.

Some home releases start with a 5% down payment, with instalment periods of up to 7 or 8 years depending on the unit and phase. Prices differ markedly between a townhouse and a standalone villa because of the land area and the location of the home.

Sa’ada Boutique is in the 6th Settlement in New Cairo and offers a smaller, more varied community than the main Sa’ada project. It covers about 66 feddans and includes units suited to individuals, couples and families.

Sa’ada Sahel is located at around Km 183 in Ras El Hekma. The project covers 125 feddans, with a sea frontage about 500 metres long.

The units are arranged around the sea, the lagoon and landscaped areas, with swimming pools, an internationally branded hotel, a commercial area and children’s areas.

Chalet prices started from about EGP 21.4 million, while villas start from higher levels depending on area and location. Plans starting with a 5% down payment and instalments of up to 7 years are available in a number of releases.

The CAP is on the New Suez Road and is the business and retail district with the longest frontage in Horizon’s New Cairo portfolio. The project stretches about 2 kilometres along the road and includes a group of office buildings and commercial and service spaces.

The official launch focuses on office space, with:

• Shops and restaurants.
• Services for companies and employees.

• Two hotels within the master plan.
• Open spaces and landscaped areas.

Some office sizes start from small units suited to start-ups and go up to large headquarters. Prices have appeared starting from about EGP 10 million, with plans starting with a 5% down payment and instalments of up to 8 years.

+PLUS is on the Old Suez Road and offers a retail and business boulevard made up of low-rise buildings. Shops and restaurants occupy the ground floors, while offices and professional services are spread across the upper floors.

Office sizes start from about 40 m² and reach more than 280 m². Shop sizes start from about 67 m², with larger spaces and standalone buildings available for some activities.

+PLUS differs from The CAP in location and in the nature of its planning: the former sits on the Old Suez Road and is built around the boulevard, while the latter stretches along a long frontage on the New Suez Road.
